Honorific Awards: Fostering a Culture of Recognition

A discussion on the ways to build a culture of recognition, both by celebrating awardees and amplifying the act of applying. Strategies include: elevating internal awards, including a conversation of awards in annual reviews, engaging awards committees at the department level, and encouraging engagement with Academic Analytics. Specific use cases will be highlighted to show the utility of the Academic Analytics Portal for honorific awards pursuits.
