We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will focus on generating new business opportunities for Academic Analytics by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. This individual will be responsible for creating and managing leads for new opportunity creation.
Director of Sales Development
The Director of Sales Development leads a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The leader is responsible for driving the SDR team’s performance to generate meetings with key stakeholders and help create sales opportunities. Responsibilities include setting goals and quotas, coaching and mentoring SDRs, implementing sales strategies, and analyzing performance data. The Director of Sales Development also works closely with other teams, such as marketing and business development, to ensure strategic alignment and to maximize productivity.
